Tell us about your program.
Helps us right-size the platform and design appropriate workflows. Our working assumptions: Mode II (Individual) is recommended given your personal IP preference; primary users are nursing students; mix of campus + community use.
CDU-integrated
Users log in with their CDU credentials. CDU has admin oversight. The platform is part of CDU's program.

Independent platform
Each user signs up with their own email/password, regardless of CDU status. The platform is independent — you control it.

- Tech stack and update cadence are flexible (no CDU IT constraints)

- Your designated operator (you, your LLC, or your appointed team) becomes the data controller — owning breach notification and audit response
- Ongoing compliance operations sit on your side, not CDU's — training, policies, regulatory filings
- CDU IT isn't in the loop for infrastructure incidents — your side or your hosting provider handles them
- A separate BAA with the hosting provider is required (we'll set this up at handoff)
- Day-to-day security operations live on your side rather than CDU's (we deliver the tools and runbooks; your side operates)

Pace and pricing.
Standard payment structure: one-time acquisition fee + annual maintenance + optional add-ons. Firm pricing comes with the proposal — discovery surfaces the ranges so we can shape a recommendation that fits.
- Tier 1 (Like-for-Like): 8–12 weeks from contract
- Tier 2 (AI-Ready) — recommended: 10–14 weeks
- Tier 3 (AI-Native): 14–20 weeks
